TNT Taekwondo HK is a Korean taekwondo academy in Wan Chai for children from age 3 and for adults. We believe martial arts is more than technique. It is a journey of personal growth. Led by Master Cho, we combine traditional Korean taekwondo with modern training methods to build strong bodies and stronger minds.

TNT Taekwondo HK 是位於灣仔的韓國跆拳道學院，歡迎3歲或以上的兒童及成人報讀。我們相信武道不只是技術，更是成長的旅程。在趙師範帶領下，我們結合傳統韓國跆拳道與現代訓練方法，培養強健體魄與堅毅心志。

Kids Taekwondo (兒童跆拳道)

Korean taekwondo for ages 3 to 17, with official Kukkiwon black belt certificates. Small classes grouped by age, building confidence, focus, and discipline.
韓國跆拳道，適合3至17歲兒童，可考取國技院正式黑帶證書。按年齡分班、小班教學，培養自信、專注與自律。

Adult Taekwondo (成人跆拳道)

Taekwondo with kickboxing, practical self-defence, and fitness training. Beginners to black belts welcome.
跆拳道結合踢拳、實用自衛術及體能訓練，歡迎初學者至黑帶學員。

Master Cho was referred to us by our friends. He personally teaches every single class, and is disciplined yet gentle even with little 3 year old kids, and has a great sense of humour. The entire HK taekwondo community witnessed his performance last year where he chopped 20 slabs of thick marble in one hit with his bare hands!

Love that the classes mix taekwondo with kickboxing techniques — never gets boring! For my belt test, I had to break a real wooden board which totally caught me off guard. We only practiced with plastic ones in class! But with so much encouragement, I broke it on my second try. Still can’t believe I did that.

My son has some physical challenges, and we can see his big improvement after attending the class for half a year. Master Cho takes good care of him.
